Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of re:score© by accounts holding either a free or paid subscription. The Service is operated by 7Milestone SASU under the BrightNTech.AI brand.

Plans

Free tier (free) — one URL, scored and re-scored without limit, plus dashboard view. The paid re-score.app plan is smartdevice: €99/month including VAT, one domain and twelve re-checks a month. Professional, multi-domain and agency services are offered separately on re-sc0re.com and are not included in or managed by the re-score.app plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris, France, save where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

First-payment refund requests use the refund contact form. Full Terms and the End-User License Agreement (LICENSE in the source repository) take precedence over this summary.
